Change a PIN?
If you don’t know your PIN, please call the library during business hours at (740) 924-3561. You will need to provide proof of identity before the library staff can change your PIN to your requested 4-digit number.

If you already know your PIN, please proceed to “Change Logon” from the “My Account” tab on our website. Simply type your current PIN and enter your new PIN.

Reserve an item?
You can either call us at (740) 924-3561 to reserve an item or just come in and request it.

Renew an item?
This can be accomplished three different ways:

1. You can call the library during regular business hours at (740) 924-3561 and let us know your items need renewed;
2. If after business hours, you may call our toll free number 1-877-77-BOOKS (1-877-772-6657) and enter your library barcode and pin. Following the directions will allow you to renew items on hold; or
3. Please visit “My Account” tab in our online catalog. Simply enter your barcode number and PIN. Once you’ve logged in, choose the “Items Out” tab, select the items you wish to renew and select “Renew Selected Items” or “Renew All Items.”

NOTE: If you are unable to renew your item, you may receive one of the following messages: “This item has been requested by another patron;” or “This item may not be renewed, the maximum number of renewals has been reached;” or “You have exceeded the maximum number of overdue items or fines permitted.” Please email Carrie or call the library at (740) 924-3561 for assistance.

Reserve the meeting room?
The meeting room will be available at the discretion of the Director for community use during library hours. Extended hours may be available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings with prior approval, although the library reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any meeting. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in loss of meeting room privileges.

Maintain Reading History?
Please visit “My Account” tab in our online catalog. Simply enter your barcode number and PIN. Once you’ve logged in, choose the “My Account” tab, click on “Contact Information and Preferences.” Scroll down until you see “Maintain Reading List” near the bottom of the page.

NOTE: If you choose to maintain your reading history, please be aware that this data may be accessed by law enforcement personnel without your consent.

Pay My Fines?
The Library can accept cash, check, credit card, or money order. The Library is currently unable to accept fine payments online.
